To deliver our range of products and to follow the Evolve Dance ethos we utilise a large network of qualified and high quality dance teachers - all of whom are dancers themselves. The teacher has an important role to play in enabling all children to become independent learners and develop important social and psychological skills.

All Evolve Dance teachers go through a detailed selection process and initial training before being offered work. Only when the conditions of this process are completed may a coach be offered work.

Whilst working with Evolve Dance...

• All staff attend six compulsory training sessions per year with ongoing mentoring and regular information provided on courses, events and seminars for there own personal development.
• All Staff wear Evolve Dance uniform for easy identification and appropriate staff presentation.
• All staff carry a Dance Teacher profile, copies of their qualifications and other credentials for increased security.
• Evolve Dance always endeavour to allocate coaches to previous venues to provide continuity and so that regular coaches know your procedures, staff and children.
